1. Products and Prices  
Product prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include all applicable taxes (including VAT).
Currency Note: 
For your convenience, prices may be shown in your local currency based on your browsing location. However, all payments are processed in Swiss Francs (CHF). The amount shown in your local currency may not reflect current exchange rates, and no automatic conversion is applied at checkout. By placing an order, you agree to be charged in CHF.
Shipping fees are calculated and added at checkout before payment.
2. Orders and Payment  
Orders are placed exclusively through our website.
Accepted payment methods:  
• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay  
• Digital wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay  
• Local payment option (Switzerland only): Twint

3. Shipping and Delivery  

Order processing time: 1 to 3 business days
Estimated delivery times:
 • Europe: 5 to 10 business days
 • North America (Canada, USA): 5 to 10 business days
 • Oceania (Australia, New Zealand): 5 to 10 business days
 • Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

4. Right of Withdrawal  
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.

5. Warranties  
Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
In accordance with Swiss and EU regulations, all our products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty starting from the delivery date.
